@MegaMajok Sleeping pills? won't help. No matter what religion all people see clouds, for example. This is a normal event as seeing clouds. Prayer is GOOD. Pray for angels of love to guide you. Make friends and have fun! Is only scary if you don't understand. Is your spiritual self streching while yawning. Just different than physical.

To "see" your hand under the cover? and the room bright I wonder if you was seeing a bit of the energy world. Vibrations for OOB don't normally hurt. Does sound like more than OOB happening at one time.

It used to happen to me, but ever since i moved in to this house it only happended once. But alot of times i swear it'll start again. I cant sleep? without my fan on, i always put it on high and i think it blocks out all the noise thats proble why it doesnt do it anymore

But that used to happen to me when i wasnt astral projecting. i woke up in the middle of the night and heard voices and could feel hear and see differnt things vibrating i got so scared i ran into the bathroom and pluged my ears i even locked the door but it didnt help. i finnaly got enough courage to run out to where my mom was.? i swear it lasted 2 hours

Absolutely, there have many documented cases of people being able to describe what other people are doing in different locations. Now whether that is astral projection or telepathic comm's is inconclusive. Wrong, we are not only supposed to see through our eyes,? those were limitations put on western civilisations by the christian churches policy of 'anybody who challenges our power of divinity is to be ruthlessly punished' We suppressed our abilities to avoid persecution and stay alive.

Every night I almost astral project but the thing is I'm scared and don't want to. Im Christian btw, man its freaky as s**t like i cant sleep and im sitting in bed and then i close my eyes open them and hear this noise, bodies vibrating and then I start praying. Someone? help because I can't sleep lol, im serious.

My best hint, get a recording of Pineal Gland activation and listen to it as often as you can. Put it down as low as you can so you can still watch tv etc. Yr brain will 'hear' sounds many times softer then your ears.

Just last week, when getting back into meditation after a 6 year gap, I? was just drifting and thought of when I ran at school [24 years ago] and started jogging thru the grounds. I realised how crystal clear everything was and stopped. I wandered through the grounds and saw things there is no way I could have consciously remembered, chips in the floor, guttering and drains etc. Now this could be interpreted as Astral travel because I could even smell the dust and plants, feel the bark....
